Martha Cuffy Martha has undergone a number of pivots - from being a director in tech in the pioneering years of the internet to coaching emerging and senior leaders with inner tech so they lead with vitality, impact, and boldness. She left the city and finance after having a dream about leaving London to do a two-year master's program in yoga psychology in a remote part of India.

Her company Wellness Architects includes innovative ways to work with the mind and body to support transformational change as she witnesses the impact of stress and trauma of high-pressure living. Her clients include Black affinity groups in the city, young entrepreneurs in the Caribbean, a British Gold Olympian, the first Black C of E Bishop in 25 years, to supporting Jamie Oliver’s first online venture. She co-initiated a unique program for senior Black and Asian leaders in partnership with Windsor Leadership held at Windsor Castle. Martha was raised in London. BA from Bristol University. MBA from Strathclyde Graduate Business School and a MA in Yoga Psychology from Bihar Yoga Bharati, the world’s first yoga university.
