Welcome to my channel. You are stuck in the house with a self-centred, demanding narcissist. How do you cope? In this video, I offer some advice.

If it is the first time you are passing through, you will find that I tend to give my opinion on news items and situations I feel are unfair. I am not an authority on any subject, and I provide sources as and when I can.



I talk on a variety of subjects, from housing, immigration, personal experiences, reality TV to conspiracy theory - so you won't get consistency with me. My topics change just like my hairstyles:-)



I comment on situations that affect people in the places I have lived (UK, USA, Africa and Jamaica).



I am a poet, an author of Poetry's Promise, Poetry's Teacher, the Other Side of Tourism and the Spirit of Queens.
