This is a Black British History discussion about how the lack of stories that represent Black British History can have an impact on the present generation.

Peter Anderson, the Artistic Director of Last Legs Dance Company talks with Danny Sapani, David Bryan, Clayton Planter and Chioma Uma about their Black British experience.

The discussion is inspired by the untold story of Robert Wedderburn, a Political Activist of mixed heritage in the 1800s who fought for the freedom of slaves and equality for the working class for Black History Month.

This discussion is to be a part of the many different ways of informing people about Black British History in Black History Month. The question asked was ‘How important is our knowledge of History and how it impacts our choices towards a more fair and integrated society for Black communities throughout Britain?’
