Wilfred Emmanuel-Jones (63), was a child of the Windrush generation arriving in Britain from Jamaica at the age of three. Wilfred says this Black History Month is an opportunity for the food industry in the UK to show that they are serious about diversity. He spent months lobbying Britain's major supermarkets to support Black History Month and donate profits from promotional space to the Black History Month campaign.
