2 cups plain flour (all purpose flour)
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1 cup lukewarm water
For Filling

1 & 1/2 cup split peas (boiled for 25 mins or till soft )
Season with
——————
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp curry powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp mixed herbs
To your pot
—————-
2-3 tbs vegetable oil
1/2 medium onion (chopped)
3 stalks spring onions (chopped)
1/2 tsp curry powder
1/2 tsp All Purpose seasoning
1/4 cup cooked and deboned saltfish (can use more to preference)

2-3 cups Oil for frying
