Worried if your UK Children can Be Deported

A child born in UK, prior to year 2000, was automatically a British Citizen, but after that do you want to know how the immigration law changed?

Secondly if you've overstayed and want to remain with your family under Article 8, is it worth seeing a solicitor?

I answer these two questions.
